This winter we invite you to dine with us for a relaxed evening celebrating the coveted truffle. Our menu will showcase the rare and unique flavour, earthy luxury and versatility of this culinary treasure.

Your evening will feature a three-course dinner menu celebrating the truffle – each dish designed to complement the elegance and complexity of this seasonal delicacy.

Cost – 3-Course Dinner $99 per person | Optional Wine Pairing $49 per person
Wine pairing is optional, with a selection of premium wines selected to accompany each course.

Entree
Bi-colour blue swimmer crab and truffle raviolo, parmesan fondue, bisque reduction, chive & spring onion oil.
Main
Dry-aged ribeye, truffle and duck-fat potato pavé, glazed rainbow baby carrots, confit asparagus, spiced rum jus.
Finished with freshly shaved truffle.
Dessert
Dark chocolate and truffle mousse, vanilla tart, espresso chantilly cream, amaretto cookies.
