Let us take you on a journey to the Devil’s Lair, in the Deep South of Margaret River WA, where you will find some of our states most respected wineries with a rich history and close ties to the ancient land where the Devil’s Lair vines flourish today.

This evening will be hosted by winemaker Domenic Coulter who will guide you through the selection of wines, which are matched to a specially created four course menu from our head chef.

We are showcasing the “Hidden Cave” range and exclusive Honeybomb range (not yet available for retail sale).

Entree
Angle Hair Carbonara – Fresh handmade pasta, Jammon Lardons, Garlic, parsley & fresh egg

Crispy Skin Barramundi – ½ shell scallop w’ an Asian slaw Ponzu Dressing, crisp noodles and soft herbs
